I took the Project Management course at the Northwest College of Construction to gain a better understanding of managing and directing projects and in doing so, to help my company by filling a larger role on the job site.

This course broadened my skill base by providing in-depth training for my current job responsibilities including Estimating, Scheduling and Job Management. In addition, the course addressed areas I’m not typically involved with, such as Contract Negotiations, Bid Processing and Client Management – all of which I found to be useful tools.

The instructor, Doug Wiser, has a vast knowledge of construction management, which he has acquired from many years in the construction industry. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for advancement in their company or to improve their own management efficiency.
