Our leadership programs give you the tools to communicate effectively, manage sub-vendors and crews, run projects, and control budgets.
Apprenticeship & Craft Development
Our craft programs teach you everything you need to know to master core trade skills and learn how to handle craft tools and equipment safely.
Safety programs save businesses lives and money! Keep your business in compliance and show your employees you care about their well being.
Assessments help employers find out if a person has the right skills needed for the job. We offer a comprehensive series of assessments for your reference.
“There were several kids who had a huge confidence break-through as they used the power tools. Several students said they felt like NWCOC would be a great place to learn. It was probably the best trip we have been on yet--an experience that was really good for the kids personally as well as giving them exposure to what the education towards that kind of career would be like. Ken was a fabulous instructor, really patient with the kids, really honest and fun and his "class" piece was informative and helpful too.”
