Dan Graham
President
In 2005 Dan Graham transitioned from his 10-year role as the Workforce Manager with the Associated General Contractors to the President of NWCC. He continues to serve as AGC's Consultant on workforce issues under contract. Prior to AGC, Dan worked in the public sector, at Mt. Hood Community College as Training Director for Steps To Success, a Portland metro region welfare-to-work program. He also has experience with Oregon's Employment Department as well as federal job training programs in the region. Prior to his public sector experience, Dan worked for three years as a marine construction worker for Star Fish Marine Construction in Portland. Dan holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees.
Tiffany Kriesel
Director of Student Services
Tiffany worked for five years with the Associated General Contractors in the Apprenticeship Department where she oversaw most of the interaction with contractors, apprentices (from application to graduation), and apprenticeship committees. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and excels in the day-to-day management of the office functions and staff. Tiffany manages the apprenticeship and student services staff in the office and oversees NWCC interactions with state apprenticeship and other agencies. She also acts as the staff liaison with the College's apprenticeship committees (JATC's).
Tim Mosterdyke
Director of Education and Skills Training
Tim holds an AAS Degree in Building Construction Technology, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Tim has worked as a carpenter for local contractors and operated his own contracting business. During the economic downturn of the early 2000's, he retired the business and joined a local high school to teach and lead the construction program, while simultaneously focusing on receiving his Oregon Teaching credentials.
Tim is responsible for management of the college's educational offerings, curriculum development, and supervision of our instructional faculty. Tim is an NCCER Trainer.
Guy Crawford
Vice-President, Operations
Guy is a veteran of over twenty years in the employment services industry, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He holds a Bachelor of History Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. When not at work or serving on the Parkrose School Board, Guy divides his time between gardening and coaching his son's soccer team.
