It is easily accessed from the I-205 and I-5 freeways or from N.E. 82d Avenue via Columbia Blvd. Just turn north off of Columbia Blvd. on to NE 80th and proceed 2-blocks to NE Holman. Turn right and proceed 1-block to where Holman meets NE 82d Frontage Road (running parallel to NE 82d Ave.) See map below.

The facility is ideally suited to the college's purpose since it was designed and used over the years as an apprenticeship training center. The building is segmented into office space, classrooms and houses a large shop area. Best of all, the building has ample parking, a great feature for prospective students, many of whom will be commuting from their workplace to the training center for evening classes.
