Apprenticeship

NWCC is authorized to offer state-registered apprenticeship training in the following craft areas:

  • Carpentry
  • Heavy Equipment Operations
  • Sheet Metal
  • Concrete Finishing
  • HVAC
  • Construction Laborer
  • Masonry (Brick/Block)
  • Tile Trades

Apprentice Programs require a minimum of 144 classroom hours and lab/shop training per year plus 4,000 to 8,000 hours of on-the-job training depending on the program. If you are interested in learning more about the apprentice programs we offer, please contact our office at 503-256-7300.

NWCC provides apprenticeship administration for the following programs outside the Portland metro area:
