| Jason Ramey: Mr. Ramey started in the trades in 1992. He has experience in all phases of carpentry and many aspects of construction, including, tilt-ups, safety, project supervision, estimating and instruction. He has been a teacher with NWCC and AGC since 2001 and is an NCCER Certified Instructor. |

| Ken Walker: Ken Walker started in the trades in 1974. His experience includes running his own remodeling business as well as being a lead carpenter, field supervisor and project manager. Mr. Walker is an experienced exhibition carpenter working in museums, on theater/TV sets and trade show exhibits He is an NCCER Certified Instructor and teaches construction technology and carpentry for construction professionals and deck building for homeowners. |

Additionally, Mr. Finch earned his “Master Certificate in Masonry” in the US. |

He has served as Project Superintendent for an Intel factory; Construction Manager for Oregon Parks & Recreation; Project Manager for Codra Construction and Construction Program Manager for Milstead & Associates – which has programmed over $2 billion worth of projects throughout the northwest, including LEED Gold school project in McMinnville. |

| Allan Berry, P.E.: Allan has been an Adjunct Instructor at the College since 2005, teaching the NCCER Project Management course and the Supervisory & Management Training Program, and currently works as a Project Manager with Yorkshire Engineered Solutions LLC. With more than 30 years experience, Allan brings expertise in many facets of construction and engineering, from conceptual design through site supervision to the management level. He has served in the public and private sectors in the United States and overseas, managing diverse projects in a variety of settings, which have included technically challenging, politically sensitive assignment of responsibilities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology and a Master of Arts from George Fox University and is a registered professional engineer in Oregon, Washington, and New Mexico. |
| Kevin Friedel: Mr. Friedel has been a Project Manager with LTM Incorporated since 1997. He earned his Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology in 1991. Mr. Friedel keeps his classes interesting and relevant. He consistently garners high praise from past students. |
| Thomas Liesy: Mr. Liesy is a professional home builder and developer as well as a Certified Master Builder. He is self-employed, with experience in both Residential and Commercial construction. He is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. |

| Kym Halstead: Ms. Halstead owns and operates her own certified welding and fabrication business. She is well versed in fabrication, tools, welding principles and practices. Prior to starting her own business, Ms. Halstead worked for Gunderson, Inc., Ecklund, Inc., Balzer Pacific and GK Machine. Ms. Halstead received her welding education and certification in 1993, earning a 3.5 GPA. |
