Supervisory Training Program

Supervisory skills, or the lack thereof, directly affect every company’s bottom line. Decisions are made every day by foremen and superintendents that are crucial to the success or failure of every construction project. The Supervisory Training Program (STP) developed by the Associated General Contractors, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry. Developed, updated, and field-tested by and for contractors, the STP Program is ten seminar courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor needs in order to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials. Units may be taken consecutively or independently. No prerequisites are required.
